For extra help with your job search, we offer open coaching sessions to teach important skills or improve your current abilities. Sessions on resume building and writing great cover letters can give you valuable tips to impress employers. Interview preparation seminars teach you how to make the most of a job opportunity.

This program provides short-term training for long-term success in in-demand jobs. It’s open to active OMJ-Lucas County members and WorkReady certified job seekers. When you finish the program, you’ll get the National Career Readiness Certificate, which is recognized by employers all over the United States.
